Coupon Email Privacy Notice

Coupon Carousel is operated by Ricochet Marketing Solutions, 5694 Mission Center Road #335, San Diego, CA 92108, (619) 665-1812, admin@ricochetmarketingsolutions.com.

Information used

When you request a selected coupon, we use your email address and selected offer IDs to prepare and deliver that coupon email through Twilio SendGrid. We generate a unique claim code for redemption. We also use request signals such as an IP address for fraud and abuse protections.

Consent and marketing

Checking the delivery checkbox authorizes only the coupon email you request. It does not subscribe you to recurring marketing emails or SMS. Any future marketing subscription will require a separate, optional opt-in. You may browse offers without submitting an email address.

Security records

Our protection and consent records use keyed one-way email/IP fingerprints rather than storing raw values in those particular audit tables. The email address is still sent to SendGrid to deliver your requested message. Claim codes and related records are maintained for validation and redemption reporting.

Retention and rights

Coupon Carousel retains information needed to deliver requested coupons, validate redemption codes, maintain consent records, prevent misuse, and support business reporting. Records and secure backups are retained according to operational needs and applicable legal requirements while specific retention schedules are being finalized. We review requests to access or delete personal information and honor applicable privacy rights, subject to lawful retention requirements. To submit a privacy request, contact admin@ricochetmarketingsolutions.com.

Service providers and contact

HostGator provides website hosting and Twilio SendGrid processes coupon email delivery. Review the operator's general privacy policy and terms as well. Contact Ricochet Marketing Solutions at the email or phone above for questions.

Important: Coupon Carousel provides requested digital coupons by email. Coupon availability and redemption are subject to each participating business's terms and expiration dates.
